1. Create Custom Meeting Policy to Intelligent Speaker for Room Account and User Account
By default, Teams Meeting Policy for room accounts and user accounts is turned off. We need to enable the setting for the whole tenant or create a custom policy for those meeting rooms and users who are allowed to use Dynamic Composition. To minimize changes to a tenant's policy, we typically create a custom policy.
1.1 Install the PowerShell Module Used to Create Custom Policy(Optional)
1.1.1 Run PowerShell as administrator.
1.1.2 Copy the following PowerShell commands into your PowerShell and run:

Run the following PowerShell command and input your admin credentials to sign in:
1.3 Create Custom Meeting Policy for Resource Accounts
To enable Intelligent Speaker, we need to change default setting of AllowTranscription to "true".roomAttributeUserOverride to Attribute.
If you would like to enable dynamic composition at the same time, you can just use below script to enable both Intelligent Speaker and Dyanmic compostion at the same time.

1.4 Create Custom Meeting Policy for End Users
Enable end users to enroll voice and face profiles.
(on below setting you will enable both voice profile and face profile enrollment. Can not separete control those 2 profile enrollment. Voice profile will be used for Intelligent Speaker recognize and face profile will be used to Dynamic Composition.)

2. Apply Created Custom Policies to Room Accounts and User Accounts
Assign user accounts the meeting policy "Intelligentuser" we created.
Assign resource accounts the meeting policy "IntelligentMTR" we created.
3. Configure ThinkSmart Bar 180 for Intelligent Speaker
Enable Multi-stream Dynamic Composition from ThinkSmart Manager
If the meeting room device connected with ThinkSmart Bar 180 is registered with ThinkSmart Manager, you can use ThinkSmart Manager to remotely change the ThinkSmart Bar 180 setting to .
Enable Multi-stream Dynamic Composition from ThinkSmart Cam Control App
If the customer is not using ThinkSmart Manager to manage room devices, they can install the ThinkSmart Cam Control application on their PC and connect ThinkSmart Bar 180 with the PC to change settings of the ThinkSmart Bar 180.
End User Settings for Dynamic Composition
After IT has enabled voice and face profile enrollment for users, users can enroll their voice and face profiles from their desktop version of the Teams app.
Requirements
To use Intelligent Speaker, ensure you meet the following requirements:
Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro license assigned to resource accounts.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows.
Limitations
Speaker identification is limited to a maximum of 10 people in the room.
To identify users, they must be invited to the meeting. Speaker identification is not available when using "Meet now."
Voice profiles are stored within each user's organization, so users are not identified when attending meetings as guests in other organizations.
